1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Occasional overtime and weekend work as needed.

The Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician I, you'll help keep our operation running by performing preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy equipment and plant systems.
Your work directly impacts production, safety, and equipment reliability. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to develop their maintenance career in a stable industrial environment.
What You'll Do
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, conveyors, pumps, grinders, loaders, and other plant systems
Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they lead to downtime
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical problems
Complete maintenance work orders and equipment documentation
Assist with equipment repairs and maintenance projects
Support production teams by minimizing equipment downtime
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements

Qualifications
1+ year of maintenance, mechanical repair, industrial, manufacturing, or related experience
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, tools, and equipment
Ability to diagnose and perform basic repairs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Experience maintaining heavy equipment, loaders, excavators, grinders, or industrial machinery
Basic welding experience
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and work orders
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and climb throughout the shift
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working around heavy equipment, machinery, noise, dust, mud, and odors
Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, steel-toe boots, and respiratory protection when required
