Before School Program Enrichment Group Leader

We're seeking a group leader to spearhead our school-based before and after school program's enrichment program.

This is an ideal role for paraeducators or aspiring educators who can commit to a full or part-time schedule.

Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive environment.

Develop engaging enrichment activities that cater to the diverse interests and educational needs of the children.

Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all children at all times, adhering to NH Licensing Rules.

Collaborate with the team, maintaining open communication with school staff and families to achieve common goals.

A High School Diploma, GED, or willingness to pursue college-level classes with scholarship assistance is a must.

Previous experience working with Elementary-aged children or relevant education-related credits are essential.

Someone who is flexible, energetic, and a team player will thrive in this role.

A love for the unique personalities of Elementary-aged children is a definite plus.

Calm and positive attitude is crucial for success in this position.

Responsibility and a commitment to keeping children safe at all times are vital.

Prompt and accurate completion of required paperwork is also a desirable trait.
