Child Care Teacher

We're seeking passionate and compassionate team members to join our childcare team. Our ideal candidate is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, helping them thrive and reach their full potential.

• Create a safe, engaging, and healthy environment that fosters learning and growth in young children.

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Complete required coursework including CPR, with support provided if needed.
• Complete required annual continuing education in early childhood development.

• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.

• Paid for attendance at staff meetings and continuing education.
• PTO (40 hours) after working for one full year.
• PTO (80 hours) after working for two full years.
• Time off for your children's activities if needed (school programs, dance recitals, sports, etc.)
• No evenings or weekends
