Afternoon classroom teacher-Toddlers

Our Infant Area is seeking a dedicated afternoon classroom teacher to join our team, Monday through Friday, 3-6 p.m.

This position is responsible for providing care and education to infants, ages 15 - 30 months.

This is a 5-day per week position.

Collaborate with another afternoon classroom teacher to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for our infants.

Implement DHS licensing rules and STARS standards while adhering to our afternoon classroom schedule.

Provide essential care and support, including diapering, feedings, and communicating with parents at pick-up time.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, preparing it for the next day's activities.

High School Diploma

Previous experience working with children, particularly in early childhood education.

Possession of additional higher education or training, such as a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

We are a ministry of Trinity United Methodist Church, a 3 STAR center, and strive to provide the highest quality of care to the families we serve. We offer a full day program for infants through Pre-Kindergarten and an after-school program that services 4 elementary schools in our community.
