We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Infant Teacher to join our team at the Salisbury Family Center in Salisbury, just off Route 7. Our center has earned a 1-Star rating and is committed to providing specialized care, with the goal of obtaining a second star in the near future. We're a newly opened, S.E.E.D-certified program with a focus on quality care and teacher well-being. Our infant classroom has a small ratio, allowing for personalized attention and a nurturing environment.

What You'll Do
Provide exceptional care and support to our infant children, including diaper changes, feeding, and soothing.
Prepare engaging and interactive curriculum to stimulate their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring the well-being of our children and staff.
Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, minimizing teacher burnout.
Engage in physical activity, lifting and carrying children as necessary, to promote their physical development.
Requirements
Have taken, or be willing to take professional development trainings and college courses.
Previous childcare experience.
Nice To Haves
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as early education, psychology, sociology, or social work.
Associate's degree in early education or a related field.
