As an Early Childhood Program Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and helping us achieve our goal of making a difference in the lives of these deserving children.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized intervention plans for children

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to each child's care

• Provide support to families

• Monitor and document progress

• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Implement strategies to improve communication and collaboration among team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., early childhood education, special education, psychology) preferred

• Experience working with children with special needs, preferably in a therapy or educational setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, team members, and other professionals

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions and varying priorities

• Familiarity with behavioral intervention plans and strategies a plus
