PCBA Operator

PCBA Assembler – 1st Shift We are seeking a detail-oriented assembler to support PCB (printed circuit board) assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble electronic circuit boards (PCBA) on a production line Work with SMT (surface mount technology) equipment and processes Identify electronic components and ensure correct placement Operate or support assembly line equipment Maintain quality standards and follow work instructions Requirements: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required PCBA or SMT line experience is a strong plus Basic knowledge of electronic components preferred Experience working with production equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Team-oriented with good attendance and reliability
