Feeder Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Feeder Operator to join their team. As a Feeder Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Feeder Operator

Location: Harrison, AR

Pay Range:

Shift: 7AM - 3PM

What's the Job?

• Perform quality checks on products during production shifts
• Band pallets and sort cartons based on quality and layout
• Feed materials into machines such as gluers and case sealers
• Identify and quickly address defects or issues in the production process
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety and 5S standards

What's Needed?

• Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a forklift license
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stand for extended periods
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
