Supply Chain Manager

Staffworks Professional is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to play a key role on our clients leadership team. This is an opportunity to lead the end-to-end supply chain, drive operational excellence, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead production planning, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and order fulfillment.

• Develop and mentor the site Supply Chain team.

• Ensure material availability while optimizing inventory and customer delivery performance.

• Drive supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, and improve key supply chain metrics.

• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Sourcing to support growth and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years Manufacturing supply chain leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, planning, purchasing, inventory management, and S&OP.

Competitive starting salary of $130,000 per year
