Trusts & Estates (T&E) Legal Assistant
Location: 100% In-Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (7.5 hours/day)

Support Structure: Will support 2–3 attorneys

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant to join our legal team in a full-time, in-office capacity. This role requires a minimum of 1–2 years of experience specifically in Trusts & Estates (T&E) law, and is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and legal support to 2–3 attorneys specializing in Trusts & Estates.
• Draft and prepare correspondence, legal documents, and probate forms.
• Maintain client files and case management systems.
• Schedule appointments, manage attorney calendars, and coordinate meetings.
• Assist with estate planning documents, trust administration, and court filings.
• Interact professionally with clients, courts, and third parties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of Trusts & Estates legal assistant experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a 100% in-office environment.
