We are actively hiring experienced Concrete Finishers with bridge construction experience to join our growing team in Lakeland, Florida. If you take pride in producing high-quality concrete work and have experience on DOT, bridge, or heavy highway projects, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Place, screed, float, edge, and finish concrete on bridge decks, barriers, sidewalks, and structural concrete.
• Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Set grades and maintain proper elevations.
• Operate hand and power finishing tools, including power trowels, vibratory screeds, and other concrete finishing equipment.
• Work alongside carpenters, laborers, and equipment operators to complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
• Produce quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of concrete finishing experience.
• Bridge construction experience is required.
• Experience on FDOT, DOT, or heavy civil projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
