Pay: $13/hr
Schedule: Part-time, weekday closing shift 4:00–6:00 PM (more hours may be available).
Some Saturdays 10:00 AM–2:00 PM may be requested.
About us
We’re a locally owned shipping, packing, and private mailbox center serving North Dallas. We’re known for fast, friendly service and taking great care of customers’ packages.
The role
We’re hiring a dependable, friendly closing shift associate to help customers at the counter and make sure the store is fully closed out and ready for the next day.
What you’ll do
- Help customers ship packages (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) and answer basic questions
- Pack items carefully (we’ll train you)
- Scan packages in/out and assist mailbox customers with pickups
- Take payments, print receipts, and keep the counter organized
- Complete a simple closing checklist (tidy, restock, secure items, prep for next day)
- Support light printing/fax/scan/shred tasks as needed
What we’re looking for
- Reliable and on-time (closing shift is mission-critical)
- Friendly, calm, and professional with customers
- Comfortable standing, moving around, and lifting packages (up to ~40 lbs)
- Basic comfort with computers/point-of-sale systems (we’ll train you)
- Customer service/retail experience is a plus (not required)
Notary (paid by us after 60 days, if needed)
Texas Notary Public preferred. If you’re not currently a notary, that’s okay—if we need you to become a Texas Notary Public for the role, we’ll reimburse your notary application/commission costs after 60 days of employment (details shared during the interview).
