Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote literacy education.
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
Monitor and assess children's progress through standardized testing and individualized evaluations.
Provide guidance and support to children in their daily activities, including toddler care and social interactions.
Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote a collaborative learning environment.
Utilize Montessori methods to encourage independent learning and critical thinking skills.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and attendance.
Collaborate with others to develop curriculum materials and classroom activities that enhance the learning experience.
Skills
Strong understanding of child welfare principles and practices.
Experience working with children in a preschool or educational setting.
Knowledge of curriculum development tailored for early childhood education.
Familiarity with literacy education techniques to enhance reading readiness.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to children as needed.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
