PRACTICE SPECIFICS:
- Primary site of service will be in Moose Lake, MN
- Also service Cloquet and Hinckley
- Opportunity to work in Twin Ports area
- 0.6-0.9 FTE (Flex)
- Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
- This position is a fast paced, acute walk-in care setting
- Perks of the position: Acute care, excellent team, opportunity to work at top of licensure, high level of autonomy

- Desired skill set: suturing, ortho, positive attitude and innovation
- Additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus for future outreach and can be obtained after hire.

Current certification in CPR.
National certification in applicable area.
Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice
PA:
Current licensure as a physician assistant in appropriate state.
