Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a nanny for our 4-month-old in Bloomingdale. Ideally would like someone who can be flexible on an as needed basis as our weekly schedule can vary. Mainly need help on Tues and Thurs from 9am-4 p.m. with some possible additional hours Mon/Wed/Fri. We would appreciate someone who could help out with light housekeeping and meal prep as well but not a must. Would prefer a nanny who has reliable transportation and non-smoking.
