This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to work on a diverse portfolio of site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects while advancing their technical and leadership skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan, design, and manage projects of varying size and complexity, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and practical engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the design and delivery of site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects
• Coordinate project activities from planning through completion
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance
• Apply engineering best practices, codes, and standards to ensure high-quality project delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams and project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure through comity
• 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
• Experience with site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects
• Civil 3D experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
