Highlights:

- Primarily sourcing leads from neighborhoods we serve (door knocking)

- Independent contractor role with part-time / full-time flexibility options

- Avg. weekly earnings for an experienced and professional lead generator ranges between $300- 1K. Sales bonuses available.

- Expectations are 5 leads generated per week minimum.

The Lead Generator will play a critical role in identifying and prospecting potential clients to support the sales team’s growth objectives. Reporting directly to the Lead Generation Manager, this position involves effective use of communication and research skills to generate high-quality leads while managing relationships through various digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential leads using research and outreach techniques
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts
• Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure lead quality
• Utilize communication platforms such as Slack and Gmail for outreach and coordination
• Travel locally within Ft. Worth and surrounding cities/neighborhoods daily for lead development

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to engage prospective clients
• Excellent research skills for effective lead prospecting
• Proficient time management to balance lead generation activities
• Experience with customer relationship management

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in lead generation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year + experience in roofing, construction or sales
