Established (75+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking a strong Attorney in Dallas, TX!
An established firm with more than 75 years in practice is seeking an Attorney with 4-7 years of experience to join their Professional Liability team in Dallas, TX. This opportunity centers on litigation matters that include trial work, alternative dispute resolution, and negotiations, with a heavy emphasis on defending allegations of error or omission against design professionals, lawyers, accountants, real estate professionals, and insurance specialists, along with actions before professional regulatory bodies.
Offer:
Salary range: $150,000-$185,000, contingent on experience plus performance based bonus opportunities!

Qualifications:
4-7+ years of experience handling professional liability or civil litigation matters
Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure
Proven experience taking and defending depositions and handling hearings
Familiarity with reporting to insurance carriers throughout the litigation process
Excellent advocacy, legal writing, and analytical skills
Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
Responsibilities:
Handle professional liability litigation matters from inception through trial or alternative dispute resolution
Defend design professionals, attorneys, accountants, real estate professionals, insurance specialists, and other professionals against claims of error or omission
Conduct depositions, hearings, and negotiations across active matters
Represent clients in actions before professional regulatory bodies
Draft pleadings, motions, and case reports for ongoing matters
Report case status and strategy to insurance carriers on a regular basis
