Job Description
- Pack lip balm, personal care, and pharmaceutical products into boxes according to production requirements.
- Count products accurately to ensure the correct quantity is packed in each box.
- Weigh packaged boxes on designated production lines to verify counts and maintain quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure:
- Labels are applied correctly.
- Packaging is free of bubbles or defects.
- Expiration dates are accurate and clearly visible.
- No misprints or labeling errors are present.
- Maintain production line efficiency by keeping pace in a fast-moving environment.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals.
- Previous packing, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Ability to accurately count and verify products.
- Comfortable standing for the entire shift.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production expectations.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently, especially on 3rd shift.
Pay Rates
- 1st Shift: $17.19/hour
- 2nd Shift: $18.23/hour
- 3rd Shift: $19.26/hour
