Established (55+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA!
An established firm based in Philadelphia with over 55+ years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4-7+ years of experience to join their General Liability team hybrid across Philadelphia, Wilmington, and South Jersey. This Attorney will have experience with insurance defense litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Salary range: $110,000-$150,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
JD and admission to the PA bar required with NJ or DE admission considered a plus
Minimum 4-7+ years of experience in a civil litigation setting
Hands on litigation experience including taking and defending depositions and preparing and filing discovery and related motions
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Excellent work ethic and client facing communication skills
Responsibilities:
Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct thorough legal research to develop defense strategies
Prepare complex pleadings written discovery depositions motions and briefs in support of defense strategies
Communicate directly with clients claims personnel courts witnesses and opposing counsel
Manage assigned cases toward prompt and efficient resolution
Prepare and present witnesses and evidence at trials hearings arbitrations and alternative dispute resolutions
Engage with insurance carriers throughout the litigation lifecycle
