Job Description
Location: Lancaster, PA
Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $20hr
Immediate Start Date & Weekly Pay!We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for our 3rd Shift Hand Stacker positions in a climate-controlled food manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy fast-paced production environments, physical work, and working as part of a team committed to safety and quality.
Job Responsibilities- Inspect product cases for correct packaging, code dates, labeling, and proper sealing.
- Hand stack cases onto skids and pallets according to designated stacking patterns.
- Shrink wrap completed pallets and prepare them for shipment.
- Monitor and maintain tape machines, including replacing tape and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following GMP and safety guidelines.
- Previous warehouse, production, packaging, stacking, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Comfortable performing repetitive lifting, bending, squatting, and standing throughout the shift.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Food manufacturing or GMP environment experience.
- Picking, packing, sorting, palletizing, or production work.
- Experience working around production equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices.
- Climate-controlled food production facility.
- Physical role requiring frequent lifting, stacking, bending, and movement.
- Use of tape machines, shrink wrap equipment, and banders.
- Required PPE includes safety glasses, bump cap, ear plugs, gloves, slip-resistant safety-toe shoes, and Kevlar gloves when applicable.
- Stable full-time 3rd shift schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
