Established (60+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Medical Malpractice in Philadelphia, PA
An established firm based in Philadelphia, PA with over 60 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their team defending medical malpractice cases, working closely under two shareholders as part of a dynamic 8-lawyer litigation team focused on mentorship and skill development.
Offer:
Salary range: $100,000-$150,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
2+ years of litigation experience with medical malpractice experience preferred
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania required
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, mentorship-driven team environment
Responsibilities:
Assist in the defense of medical malpractice cases from investigation through resolution
Work closely with shareholders and senior associates on case strategy and preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents while conducting legal research
Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances as experience develops
Take on increasing case management responsibility as skills and confidence grow
