1st Shift - 17.00/hour
Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm ( OVERTIME STARTS AT 4 OR 5 AM )

2nd Shift - 18.00/hour
Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm ( OVERTIME GETS OUT BETWEEN 12:30AM AND 1:30AM )

MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK

What You'll Do:
  • Customer Service
  • Deal with Account through Email and Phone
  • Resolves Issues with Orders and any discrepancies
  • Work with Team to get Issues resolved
  • Utilizing Computer and Excel
Who You Are:
  • Strong Customer service skills
  • Computer Proficient
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
  • Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.
  • Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks.
  • Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
