We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support a nationwide vaccination initiative. This is a patient-facing, in-store clinical role responsible for administering a variety of immunizations, including seasonal and routine vaccines, while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment.
\nThe ideal candidate is adaptable, customer-focused, and committed to promoting community health through safe and effective vaccine administration.

- Administer a wide range of vaccines, including but not limited to:\n
- \n
- Influenza (Flu) \n
- COVID-19 \n
- MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella) \n
- Other CDC-recommended immunizations \n
\n - Assess patients prior to vaccination and review medical history. \n
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions following immunization. \n
- Maintain accurate documentation of vaccinations and patient records. \n
- Follow established clinical protocols, infection prevention standards, and safety guidelines. \n
- Educate patients regarding vaccines, possible side effects, and follow-up care. \n
- Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. \n
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and compassion. \n
- Adapt to changing patient volumes and operational needs. \n
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a positive team environment. \n
- \n
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. \n
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization administration. \n
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. \n
- Strong medication administration and clinical assessment skills. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused healthcare environment. \n
- Flexible with work schedules and operational requirements. \n
- High School Diploma or GED (verification required). \n
- Must not be listed on any federal or state exclusion list. \n

- Previous experience administering high-volume immunizations. \n
- Experience in retail, community health, occupational health, or public health settings. \n
- Strong organizational and documentation skills. \n
