We are hiring full-time or part-time Physician Assistants for our nocturnist role.  A nocturnist role requires working exclusively working overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.
\n
• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.
\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Board certified/eligible physician assistant.
\n
• Active California license preferred.
\n
• Experience in a hospital setting with inpatient care experience preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
\n
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
\n

Scheduling:

\n

\n
• Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7 on/7 off rotation.
\n
• Shifts are 12 hours in length; 7 pm- 7 am.
\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Our night clinician will perform admissions in addition to cross coverage.
\n
• No procedures required.
\n
• Work alongside other nocturnist physicians and advanced practice providers.
\n
• Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who enjoys addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.

• Utilize Epic EMR.
\n

Rewards and Compensation:

\n

\n
• Annual compensation of $175,000 -180,000 salary based on the number of shifts worked. Opportunity for bonuses. Excellent total rewards package.
