We are hiring full-time or part-time Hospitalist Nurse Practitioners for our nocturnist role. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively working overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

• Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.

• Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows
\n
• Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Board-certified/eligible nurse practitioners with acute care certification required.
\n
• Active California license preferred.
\n
• Experience in a hospital setting with inpatient care experience preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
\n
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
\n
• Authorized to work in the United States.
\n

Scheduling:

\n
• We are looking for a nurse practitioner interested in a nocturnist role.
\n
• 7 on/7 off schedule.
\n
• Shifts are 12 hours in length; 12 pm -12 am and 1 pm - 1 am.
\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Complete admissions for hospitalist service.
\n
• No procedures required.
\n
• Work alongside other day and swing shift advanced practice providers.
\n
• Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who enjoys addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.
\n
• Utilize Epic EMR.
\n

Rewards and Compensation:

• Annual compensation of $175,000 - $180,000 salary + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.

• Moonlighting premium for additional shifts
