\nWe are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
\nLocal Team Collaboration:

- Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center. \n
- Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community. \n
- Our team members actively participate in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement. \n
- Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows. \n
- Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center. \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care. \n
- Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine. \n

Flexible Scheduling:
\n- \n
- Nocturnist hours are 5 pm - 5 am and 7 pm - 7 am. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. \n
- This is a full or part-time nocturnist position. \n
Key Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Focus on cross-covering and admissions, alongside several other nocturnists and a night Advanced Practice Provider. \n
- Procedures are not required. \n
- Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients. \n
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. \n
- Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests. \n
- Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs). \n
- Utilize Epic EMR system. \n

Rewards and Compensation:
\n- \n
- Annual compensation up to $385,000 - $420,000, based on the number of shifts worked. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses. \n
- Moonlighting premium for additional shifts. \n
