Heypharma TX is a fast-growing e-commerce fulfillment center processing orders for major platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and eBay. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team and grow with us!

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Receive: Inspect, count, and log incoming inventory into our system.
• Pick: Accurately locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on digital order sheets.
• Pack & Ship: Securely pack items to prevent damage and prepare shipments with appropriate carrier labels.
• Maintain: Keep a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace.

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Hours: Full-Time

Compensation & Perks

• Competitive Base Salary $15.50 /hr with hourly bonuses
• High-Earning Performance Bonus: We reward overachievers! If you pick, pack, and ship faster than the standard baseline, you earn additional bonuses. Our top-performing team members currently earn up to an extra $13.00 per hour in production bonuses.
• Weekly direct deposit.
