AllStar Therapies is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. If you're passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders

• Help residents improve their ability to perform activities of daily living

• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team, residents, and families

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is preferred but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team

• CPR certification preferred
