We are seeking a Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech for a travel - temporary assignment in a short-term acute care setting located in Keene, New Hampshire. Start date: 08/17/2026. Assignment duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,296 to $2,465 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 36 hours per week, night shift (12-hour nights) with Friday through Sunday coverage. This assignment emphasizes adult through geriatric imaging across multiple ultrasound modalities as part of a traveling team.

Responsibilities
- Perform a range of ultrasound examinations across adult, pediatric, and geriatric patient populations as assigned
- Operate ultrasound equipment, optimize image quality, and adjust technical factors to meet study requirements
- Prepare patients, explain procedures, monitor for comfort and safety, and maintain patient privacy
- Document findings and images accurately and ensure timely transfer to radiologists for review
- Adhere to ALARA, infection control, and safety protocols; maintain equipment and room readiness
- Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to support accurate diagnostic workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years general ultrasound experience
- ARDMS certification (required)
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification (required)
- New Hampshire Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License (or equivalent) required; if not NH MIRT, must hold a current equivalent state license in New Mexico, North Dakota, or Oregon; NH MIRT license available with quick turnaround
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the assignment location; local travelers within 50 miles will not be considered
- Ability to work night shift (Fri–Sun) and maintain flexibility for scheduling
- Own reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Experience with imaging across all age groups (pediatric through geriatric) required
