Responsibilities include providing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care which includes but is not limited to medication administration, assessments, and thorough documentation. Additional responsibilities include oversight of the day-to-day activities performed by staff as well as notifying physicians of any patient status changes.

 Qualifications:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university
• A current, unencumbered, active Ohio LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
