Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing rehabilitation team. As part of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping residents maximize their communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities while improving their quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans.

• Treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, residents, and families.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health EMR.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Current or eligible Pennsylvania SLP license.

• Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus, but not required.
