Weekend Night Shift Supervisor (LPN/RN)

CareCore at Mentor is seeking a dedicated Weekend Night Shift Supervisor to join our leadership team. If you're an experienced LPN or RN with a passion for long-term care and leading clinical teams, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact while working a consistent weekend schedule.

Schedule

• Weekend Nights

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Additional shifts may be available based on facility needs.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision during weekend night shifts.

• Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment.

• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Respond to changes in resident conditions and assist with clinical decision-making.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Complete documentation accurately and ensure PointClickCare (PCC) documentation is maintained.

• Participate in admissions, incident follow-up, and other clinical responsibilities as needed.

• Serve as the nursing leader on duty during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience required.

• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills.

• Experience with PCC is a plus.
