About who needs care: 75-year-old, very active retired therapist with many interests and mild cognitive impairment INTERESTS: Art classes, swimming, yoga, music choir, dance, going to art galleries and museums ACTIVITIES: Does yoga at home in AM, walks at Beaver Dam Lake, enjoys taking yoga and art classes, involved in book groups, constantly reading books/magazines/newspapers, and especially enjoys good conversation About the care needs: Want caregiver who is reliable and supportive, patient with short term memory lapse Services needed include: transportation to designated places (yoga studio, etc) and some shared outings (going to art galleries, shopping for earrings, etc)
