Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We are a family of three: my husband, my1-year-old daughter, and me. We are fully exploring our experience as first-time parents, and it's been a wonderful journey. Now we've decided to seek some help with our baby since our routine has changed drastically. My husband is a pilot and is sometimes away from home, so I need a little help with our little one while I do the housework.
