Previous barista or food service experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and enjoys serving others.

As a Barista, you will:

• Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, smoothies, and other menu items to company standards.
• Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from the moment guests enter until they leave.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions.
• Work closely with teammates to provide fast, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the café.
• Restock products and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Help create an enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and coworkers.

• Previous coffee shop, café, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be dependable, professional, and eager to be part of a team.
