Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on delivering excellent guest experiences and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Ensure exceptional guest service and quick resolution of issues
• Manage scheduling, labor, and shift coverage
• Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Support hiring, training, and team development
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and vendor management
• Partner with leadership to drive operational performance

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or strong shift leadership experience required
• Experience in high-volume, full-service operations preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible 40–45 hour schedule
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• 40–45 hours per week in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
