Medical Assistant (MA) - Primary Care - Now Hiring

We are looking for a reliable and patient-centered Medical Assistant to assist our clinical team in providing high-quality care. This position involves a mix of clinical and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and effective patient experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Schedule flexibility may be required, with potential closing hours extending to 6:30-7:00 PM based on clinic needs.

Pay: $21-23 per hour depending on experience

MA Job Duties

• Must have experience with EMR
• Room patients, document vitals, medical history, and medications
• Input provider orders for prescriptions, labs, imaging, and referrals
• Handle prior authorizations, medication refills, and other administrative duties
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments, results, and updates
• Administer injections as instructed and support patient education
• Maintain clean and well-equipped exam rooms and assist with opening and closing procedures
• Work closely with providers, front office staff, and other MAs to ensure smooth clinic operations
