Medical Assistant (MA) - Primary Care - Now Hiring

WSi is hiring a reliable, patient-centered Medical Assistant to support a busy primary care team. In this role, you’ll apply your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to help create a positive patient experience.

You’ll provide a combination of clinical and administrative support, helping providers deliver quality care and maintain efficient clinic operations.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional flexibility may be required when clinic hours extend to 6:30 or 7:00 p.m.

Compensation: $21–$23 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) and support clinical workflows
• Prepare patients for visits and record vital signs, medical histories, and current medications
• Enter provider orders for prescriptions, lab work, imaging, and referrals
• Assist with prior authorizations, prescription refills, and other administrative needs
• Contact patients regarding appointments, test results, and updates to their care
• Administer injections as instructed and reinforce patient education
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked examination rooms; support clinic opening and closing procedures
• Work closely with providers, front-office colleagues, and other Medical Assistants to ensure smooth daily operations
