Role snapshot

• Location: On-site in Miami with regular support for our Hialeah location
• Department: Facilities
• Reporting to: Facilities Manager

What you’ll do

• Perform day-to-day building and property maintenance to sustain a safe, efficient workplace.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) on facilities equipment to reduce downtime.
• Install, adjust, and troubleshoot access control components and door hardware.

What you bring

• Education/Experience: Associate’s degree (or higher) with 3+ years of related work; or High School diploma with 5+ years in maintenance.
• Ability to complete basic plumbing tasks and repair doors and card access systems.

Travel, driving, and physical needs

• Travel between Miami and Hialeah as required by operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Capability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred background

• Hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other construction trades.
• Exposure to AutoCAD.
