Your day starts with warm welcomes and quick check-ins as children arrive. You settle into a steady rhythm of play, songs, stories, and hands-on exploration—then pivot smoothly for meals, rest, and those spontaneous “aha” moments that make the day electric. Between interactions, you capture observations, update documentation, and prep materials so tomorrow’s activities land with purpose. You’ll connect with parents at pick-up and through scheduled conversations, celebrating progress and sharing next steps. By day’s end, your room is reset, notes are organized, and you leave knowing your care helped a child feel secure, seen, and ready for what’s next.
