Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search has an opportunity available for an attorney with 4-6 years (classes 2020 - 2022) of corporate experience for our client's New York office. Candidates should have significant transactional experience in capital markets offerings and related securities work. Candidates should have strong skills with drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs.

Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials and over three full years of relevant law firm experience. The annual base salary ranges from $310,000 to $390,000. Salary determinations are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, year classification, graduation year, skills, and experience level.
