Business Analyst - Indianapolis, IN

This role requires a solid understanding of business analysis best practices, with the ability to analyze, document, and communicate requirements effectively. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to support the success of key initiatives.

This role is hybrid for Indianapolis, Indiana residents only.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs and processes.
• Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to clarify objectives and align on deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are well-understood and implemented.
• Support project planning, risk identification, and status reporting.
• Assist in process mapping and solution recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience :

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Skilled in Microsoft PowerApps and PowerPages (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
