Shifts & Training

• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 6:30am
• Training: 1st shift (6:30am – 3:00pm) for approximately 60–90 days

What You’ll Do

• Stage die carts and load the die, counter, and stock correctly into the machine.
• Execute make-ready/setups to achieve cut-to-print accuracy and proper scoring.
• Run production at the specified rate while maintaining safety and consistency.
• Pull retains and monitor output to verify ongoing die-cutter quality.
• Unload and clear all materials and dies upon job completion.
• Perform routine cleaning, minor adjustments, and mechanical upkeep.
• Collaborate closely with teammates on the line and across the department.
• Understand departmental goals and actively contribute to continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3+ years of work history showing mechanical aptitude, hands-on tool use, and troubleshooting.
• Consistent, stable employment record.
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Analytical thinking with a drive for process improvement.

Proficiencies That Help You Succeed

• Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Forklift licensed

• Setting up machines for production runs

• Measurement gauges
• Flexographic printing press
• Calipers and micrometers
