Technical Agile Coach

Required Skills for the Technical Agile Coach:

• 8+ years of experience Software Engineering and/or Devops (Java)
• 4+ years of experience leading a development team in an Agile Environment
• 4+ years of experience with Test-Driven Development using automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, and Junit
• Hands-on experience with AI and ML concepts and tools
• Soft skills are huge for this role. Must have strong coaching skills. Great communicator, personality – Need a person that is going to lead and facilitate projects to completion with efficiency
