A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Training Developer (CCaaS) 

Job Title: : Training Developer (CCaaS)
Location: Charlotte, NC or Des Moines, IA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Training Developer to support the implementation of new Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, contact center training, and creating engaging learning solutions, including simulations, job aids, and guided workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs for contact center agents and supervisors.
• Create interactive simulations and guided workflows using Epiplex or similar digital adoption platforms.
• Develop job aids, quick reference guides, e-learning content, and instructor-led training materials.
• Translate complex CCaaS functionality into clear, user-friendly learning content.
• Conduct training needs analysis and support curriculum planning for technology rollouts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate and refine training materials.
• Update and maintain learning content to align with platform enhancements and business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing training for contact center environments.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development experience.
• Proven ability to simplify complex systems into clear, actionable learning content.
• Experience creating job aids, quick reference guides, and training documentation.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations and training initiatives.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $55hr - $60hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
