Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Alzheimers disease. Need someone for two months Aug 16- Oct 16 full time 25/7 care. No one else will be home but my dad. We have medical procedure in another state. About the care needs: My dad like to watch birds and squirrels out the back patio door. Likes to take walks. He lives in a small townhouse. Caregiver would have their own bedroom and bathroom. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
