Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: He has Alzheimers so he forgets simple things like eat and shower. I need somone to be companion for him since he cant be alone and feed him and remind him of showers About the care needs: I would prefer a Spanish speaker since its his first language . Also to help us with our dogs to get them out to do their business.
