About who needs care: He goes to dialysis 3x/week. He needs someone to meet him at home and make sure he eats, takes his medicine, and properly administers his insulin. He was an actor and director and he loved literature but leans toward movies now. He likes a quiet conversation and to joke around with someone. About the care needs: Someone who likes to joke around to keep the mood light when circumstances are tough. Someone who's kind and attentive, but sure of themselves and moves with purpose. Someone proficient in Ukrainian or Russian and ideally also English.
