Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We need someone to take care of our soon to be 6-month-old while we are at work. My husband is a firefighter and carries an odd schedule, so we would need flexibility in the part-time care. This will mean about 100 hours of coverage for us per month is needed! Our little guy is a giggly, happy little boy who loves to play and is already growing such a unique personality. His priority number one for the time that we are away, but we also would not mind help around the house during his napping or independent play time.
